Lynne has been a member of the L.C. Smith sales team since 1997 after a successful stint with General Shale Brick as a distributor representative. She comes from a family that has long been involved in the building industry.
Lynne covers a portion of the Northern Virginia market including inside the beltway and D.C. Her specialty is working with area school systems with which she has been quite successful. Lynne also has extensive experience working with architects, contractors, and homeowners on both residential, commercial, institutional, and government projects. She is a Certified Brick Specialist with vast knowledge of the LEED programs. Other certifications include:

- Technical Sales Training Course - General Shale 1993
Lynne is a committee member of the Masonry Expo and also serves on the board of directors for the Masonry Institute.
Bill works directly with professional landscape architects & designers, landscape contractors, developers & general contractors, as well as homeowners, to help to plan their future projects. Bill is active with the Northern Virginia Nursery & Landscape Association {NVNLA] as a member of the Board of Directors and its Hardscapes Committee Chairman.
Bill maintains the following professional certifications:
- Brick Industry Association {BIA} - Green Brick Specialist Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute {ICPI} - Installation Specialist and National Concrete Masonry Association {NCMA} - Segmental Retaining Wall (SRW) Installation Specialist.
Bill is a graduate Geologist, from East Carolina University. He has worked in the construction industry since 1971 and has been part of L.C. Smith's sales team since 1992
Brad was hired by L.C. Smith in 1998 after several years as a distributor representative with Pine Hall Brick Co. covering 13 east coast states from North Carolina to Maine. Brad covers L.C. Smith territory south of Quantico including Stafford, Spotsylvania, and Caroline counties as well as portions of Orange County, and King George to the Northern Neck region. His duties include working with architects, builders (contractors), and homeowners for both commercial and residential projects.
Brad is a Certified Brick Specialist and a Green Brick Specialist among other related certifications including National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA) for Segmental Retaining Wall (SRW) installation. Brad has a Business Management degree from North Carolina State University.
Sandy York is L.C. Smith's Salesperson for Southern Maryland. Sandy has an extensive history in the building industry holding a Class A Contractors License. He also came to us as an experienced brick salesperson in 1997. Sandy is known in Southern Maryland as the "Go to Guy" for brick and masonry products. He is very detailed oriented lending himself to be a great asset to any custom home builder. Sandy is also versed with commercial work, providing brick for large hotels and restaurants over the years. He is also BIA Certified as well as other industry related certifications.
Peggy Wine joined the L. C. Smith sales team in March, 2010. She has an extensive history in the brick industry. She worked for Glen Gery Brick for 15 years, first as a customer service person and then as the office manager for eight years. Peggy served seven years as an outside sales representative. The next five years she worked at Betco-Supreme Block, selling architectural block and brick. Peggy covers Fauquier, Loudoun, Prince William and part of Fairfax calling on contractors, homeowners and architects.

Brian has a Business Management degree from the University of Maryland and is a BIA/CBS (Certified Brick Specialist) of the Brick Institute of America. He started in the Masonry Industry in sales in the mid 1980's with Hudson Supply out of Beltsville, Maryland. Afterwards, he spent the majority of his time on the brick manufacturing side of sales. He has worked with owners, architects and developers in securing specifications over the years. Since the early 90's he has worked with distributorships from the Mississippi River east to the Atlantic Coast, from Quebec, Canada north, to Florida. He is a native of Southern Maryland and is now the Sales Manager with L.C. Smith Inc.
